Your email, files, calendars and contacts are stored on servers operated by Contabo GmbH, a German hosting provider, in the European Union. They are not copied outside the EU.

Who runs Orneos
Orneos is published by Bucaille Tommy EI, a sole trader based in France (SIRET 813 117 041 00042). The service is governed by French law and the GDPR.
What we do not do
- Show advertising.
- Sell, rent or transfer your data.
- Analyse your email or files for commercial purposes.
- Load trackers, fonts or scripts from third-party services.
How your accounts are protected
- TLS-encrypted connections across the whole service.
- Passwords stored as Argon2id hashes.
- Two-factor authentication available in your account.
- Reset link valid for one hour, also sent to your recovery email.
Your data stays yours
Orneos is built on open-source software and open standards (IMAP, CalDAV, CardDAV, WebDAV). You can export your data at any time. To exercise your rights of access, rectification or deletion, write to privacy@orneos.eu.
