The apps installed from this page update through F-Droid. Install F-Droid, then add the Orneos repository in one tap: Orneos and Orneos Meet appear there, and their new versions install like your other apps.
Install the Nextcloud app (the engine behind Orneos), tap "Log in" and enter the server address below. The Orneos sign-in page opens: sign in as usual, then grant access.
