You choose: it is handed to another member and becomes shared, or it is locked and kept. Nothing is erased without your consent.
Do we need a domain?
No, every member already has an @orneos.eu address. The team domain is recommended for professional addresses and shared mailboxes.
Can associations use Teams?
Yes. Teams suits any organisation that wants one account per person and shared tools: an association, a practice, a small business.
