Frequently asked questions
Can I get my old Outlook or Hotmail emails?
Yes. The import tool signs in to your Microsoft account (you approve on Microsoft's page) and copies your folders into your Orneos mailbox. You get an email when it is done.
What about Word, Excel and PowerPoint?
Your .docx, .xlsx and .pptx files open and edit online in Orneos, together. Orneos does not provide the Office apps to install.
Can I keep the Outlook app on my computer?
Yes, add your Orneos mailbox to Outlook over IMAP and SMTP. The settings are in your space, under Email setup.
